The slow shipping that made me quit
I read where shipping could be chosen, but my shipping was not available to be chosen and UPS was selected somehow, even though I paid for it. The shipping time was a full week. That was after I had already waited over a week and a half to get the ammo shipped. I quit the program after that. I ordered ammo from other companies. I ordered ammo on the 27th of January. It will be here via Fed-Ex the same day your shipment will be, supposedly on the 29th. According to the video I watched on Garand Thumb’s video, you all were stocked and ready to deliver and the employees were all ready to go. Yet it takes that long to process the order and then I pay for shipping, not given an option, and it takes a week to be delivered? I have ordered from other companies in Arizona, Ohio, Idaho, and Montana. The longest is 4 days via UPS who is notorious for being slow. It's why I pay extra if given the option for Fed-Ex. Anyways, I doubt my loss matters at all to you all. I'm just letting you know why I left and I won't recommend you to my clients anymore.
Why is this needed?
The shipping option is severely your Achilles heel.
